 I have been on my fitness journey since 2013, spending hours in the gym until I got fed up with making my own workouts and not quite seeing the results I wanted. It was 2015 when I was introduced to Crossfit and it lit a fire in me that hasn’t quit! I have always loved getting to help people with their fitness journeys no matter where they are starting. So it was a natural progression for me to start coaching in 2019 with Tru-Strength, the gym I’ve called second-home, where the workout buddies have become family for over 3 years now.
